Fantus Technologies was established in 2002 as a joint venture between management consultants and IT specialists. Fantus Technologies’ vision is to expand performance management consulting into a wide base, including large organisations, SME’S and government organisations. The use of interventions like Quality Management System (QMS), Lean Manufacturing, SAEM, First Line Supervisor, Self-Directed Work Teams and Best Practice is becoming more essential for organisations to implement in this changing environment. Fantus combines management system thinking and software engineering to deliver innovative solutions for customers. These solutions assist the organisation in monitoring, tracking and evaluating its information.

The Fantus wheel revolves around Automating Excellence. Sight is the basic requirement that an organisation needs in place to ensure smooth operation according to objectives, values and goals. Sight is thus the basic management system and process that an organisation utilises to perform successfully. Vision, on the other hand, is the ability of the organisation to look into the future and predict what could lie ahead. A clear vision ensures that the organisation is always ahead of its competitors. It ensures customer as well as stakeholder satisfaction. Continuous Improvement towards Excellence is what enables the Vision to become Sight, which then enables a new, greater Vision, upon which the organisation needs to continually improve. Fantus comprises a group of senior Management Consultants each with more than ten years of experience in Implementation Management Consultancy. The team has completed over 20 successful projects with reputable associates. Members of the team are software developers and organisational behaviour specialists who have developed state-of-the-art applications for various industries.
