Review regularly
A review is a form of a meeting where variances to expectations are highlighted and action plans are formulated by the team to be resolved outside the meeting. A review at supervisor level of an organisation should not last longer than twenty to thirty minutes daily. The key people need to be in such reviews so as to speed up the problem solving process. The reports generated via the DuQuars system usually form the basis of the morning review. Action plans are then tracked and managed in the Action tracker.
