The suite supports the following Microsoft technologies: Microsoft Windows Vista, Office 2007, Windows Server 2003, SQL Server 2005 and the Microsoft Mobility Platform.

GENERAL MODULES

Stakeholder System
The core of any organisation is its stakeholders. These include not only the shareholder of an organisation but its employees, customers, suppliers, partners, etc.  This stakeholder module manages all information around involved persons and organisations.

The information that is kept for a person includes personal information (name, surname, birth date, Id number, gender, etc), addresses, contact information, disabilities, bank accounts, memberships, statutory information and classifications.

The organisational information covers basic information on naming, addresses, contact information including contact people, statutory information, divisions, structures, bank accounts, customer listings, supplier listings, partners, directors, shareholders, products, services, brands, locations, members and work shifts, units of measure used, dates and classifications.

The system also includes comprehensive search functions.

HR
This module is a basic system covering job positions, job skills and skills assessment, employment contract history, training and training history as well as reporting structures.

NB:  Using the Stakeholder and HR modules together, one can extract a full equity report.

Job & Skills Profiling
This module is an extension of the HR module to handle the organisation definitions of job positions, job functions and related skills. The module also provide for tracking of individual’s skills. The relationship between job function and job skill can be tracked and monitored. This module can provide the basis for internal recruitment and skills profiling. Employee career tracking can also be handled.

Training Managament
This module is an extension of the HR module to handle internal training courses, venues and sessions. This module is ideal for either an organisation that is managing its own training centre or for an organisation that wants to track what training they are sending their employees on.

CRM
This module supports primarily operational CRM (this covers the automation or support of customer processes that include a company’s sales or service representative). The system assists in tracking quotes, tenders and proposals.

Asset Management
This module allows for the “lust-to-dust” lifecycle of an asset including ownership, usage, rentals and configuration.  Information for valuation and depreciation can be attached to an asset and warranty and guarantee information can be stored as well.  This module also facilitates asset tracking.

Document Management
This system caters for storage, retrieval and indexing of any document that an organisation wants to store in electronic format.  The system does cater for documents that cannot be stored electronically by keeping track of the location where the document can be found.  For example, one can store a page reference to a book in the document management system’s library with the information of where the book can be found, what the book is about and the page number on which the information can be found.
