ISO 22000
This module is an encompassing collection of modules that support the ISO 22000 processes. This includes the HACCP process, tracking (Prerequisite Programs) PRPs, document control, management control and record control.

The HACCP study can be conducted within the system. The balance of ISO requirements is covered in the Action tracker.

Nutritional Analysis
The law requires food labels to carry certain information in order to protect the consumer against being misled and to enable the public to make informed choices between different food products.

Labels are especially important for making nutritional choices and for people prone to food intolerance or allergies.

The Introspect Nutritional Analysis system assists in ensuring that the requirements are met at the beginning , during and after production.

Claims such as: Low Fat, Fat Free, Reduced Fat, a Source of Fibre, High In Fibre, No Added Sugar, a vitamin / mineral source, High In a vitamins or minerals, ‘No Added MSG Or Preservatives’ need to be managed. Corrective action needs to be taken on non-conformance.
