Performance Management (KPA/KPI)
This module manages listings of managerial content including vision, mission, strategy, mandate, objectives, key business processes, key performance areas (KPAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), processes, procedures, process-flows, activities, events, campaigns, check-lists, control points, audits, reviews, projects, assessments and teams.

The DuQuars MIS system tracks performance of a Manager, Supervisor or a team. The performance of a team is ranked according to a set of KPIs across a basket of key performance areas. The ranking follows a weighted process. A team can score 1 to 5 points depending on how close their actual performance is against target or standard, per KPI. The performance is then measured across the basket of KPIs. Team objectives and strategies are set and measured. Team development requirements are formulated.

Total Scorecard (Balanced scorecard) – Total performance Scorecard
The Total Performance Scorecard contains a personal balanced scored, which is tied to an organizational balanced scorecard. These scorecards reflect not only performance goals but personal learning and growth goals as well, and the organizational scorecards also address organizational climate issues. The Introspect TPS system ensures that data across the four key areas, namely: Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Perspective and Knowledge and learning Perspective, is available for reporting purposes.

Statistical Process Control
Statistical Software is the ideal package for Six Sigma and other quality improvement projects. From Statistical Process Control to Design of Experiments, it offers you the methods you need to implement every phase of your quality project. The graphs help you understand and communicate your results. The system assists organisations to manage ISO, GMP as well as HACCP requirements. The system notifies the key personnel regarding deviations via e-mail. Upper and lower limit SOPs are flashed on the screen when a deviation appears The system offers full automation of a manual process

Six Sigma Problem Solving
This module is integrated into the action tracker to provide an ability to manage the problem solving process making use of Six Sigma’s DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) approach. The activities within each stage of the process are raised against the person responsible and closed using the usual life cycle.

Risk management
This module provides a framework for a holistic, proactive approach to Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) represents a fundamental shift in the way businesses must approach risk. Our methodology enables organisations to assess and analyze risks identifying areas of concern in advance and developing measures to comply with regulations. As a solution provider in risk management, our risk and process experts help you implement a uniform approach to risk identification, measurement and treatment across your organisation. NB. The action tracker module provides the incident tracking capability required for a risk management system. OHSAct and Environmental Hazard Identification and Incident Tracking can also be tracked.

Casual Labour Control
This module provides management with planning and control of casual labour including listing of all used and potential employees, clock number/employee number, bank accounts, black listing, production-related skills, contract casuals and preferred list by production area. The HR control aspects cover gate logging by manual or scanning Id books/access cards. Full life cycle of the casual labour is supported; from requesting labour to approval to add-ons to scanning to reporting.
